Document translation for your US application
We translate your documents into American English for USCIS, with the certification the regulation requires, signed by certified official translators.
A complete, certified translation
USCIS requires every document in another language to come with:
- Its full English translation. Not a summary: the whole document.
- A certification from the translator that the translation is complete and accurate, and that they are competent to translate from that language into English.
Every translation we deliver carries that certification, signed by a certified official translator.

Frequently asked questions
Does USCIS require the translation to be notarized?
The USCIS regulation requires the translator's certification, not notarization. If another institution asks you for it, ask us.
Does it work for other US institutions (universities, credential evaluators)?
Yes. And if the institution requires the translation to come directly from the translator, we send it to them ourselves. When you request your quote, tell us who it's for.
