A translation with a signature that stands behind it
In Colombia, an official translation is one signed by an official translator: a person holding the Certificado de Idoneidad Profesional, the professional certification Colombian law requires, for those languages. Every official translation of ours is reviewed and signed by a certified official translator for that language pair.

No VAT on top and no surprise fees: the total we confirm in your quote is what you pay.
How we count pages
- A page is each page of your document as it reaches us: each page of the PDF or each photo.
- If a page has a lot of text, we count 250 words per page.
- We charge the higher of the two numbers, and you see it in the quote before you pay.
Example: a one-page birth certificate (registro civil) is one page. One page of transcripts with 600 words is three pages.

A signed PDF for each document
- One file per document, so you can submit each one separately.
- A certification page at the end of each one: what the document is, who issued it, how many pages the original has and your translation's reference number.
- Digital signature and stamp of the official translator who reviews it.
- The whole document translated: text and tables, plus a note for each stamp, signature or handwritten annotation, so whoever reads it knows what is in the original.
- The English of the destination country: Canadian, American or British, because the reader is an officer from that country.
- Printed copies, if you need them, at an additional cost, price on quote.

The delivery date is in your quote
We send your quote in under 2 business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Colombia time), with the price and the delivery date. That date depends on how many documents and pages there are, and it is the date we keep.
Rush service
Need it sooner? Tell us the date and we'll give you options. The rush service is quoted separately. We also answer WhatsApp on weekends, but we only translate on weekends with the rush service.
You pay when you accept the quote
We start when we receive payment. You can pay by:
- Bank transfer
- Bre-B key
- PSE (Colombian online bank payment)
- Nequi or Daviplata
- From the United States: ACH transfer to our account there
Every payment comes with an electronic invoice (factura electrónica), in your name or your company's.
