How we work

In an official translation, what matters is that it is accurate and that someone stands behind it. That's why every page goes through the same process.

Every page goes through the same process

  1. Review and quote. We count the pages of your document and send you the price and delivery date.
  2. Translation and checks. We translate it into the language and variety of the destination country, and check every name, number, date and stamp against the original.
  3. Final review and signature. A certified official translator reviews the whole translation and signs it. Without that signature, it doesn't go out.

Certified official translators for each language

Our official translations are reviewed and signed by official translators holding the Certificado de Idoneidad Profesional, the professional certification Colombian law requires, for their language pair. On every translation you'll see who signed it and their certificate number.

If something is wrong, we fix it

An official translation carries a signature that stands behind it. If you find an error in one of our translations, write to us and we'll correct it.
