Does it cost my agency anything?
No. The program has no cost and no exclusivity.
Does my client have to mention me?
Not with your link: the message already says it. If your client writes to us without the link, they just need to say you referred them.
How do I follow my clients' projects?
Sign in to the agency portal (in Spanish) with your agency's email and we send you an access link. It shows the status and delivery date of every client you referred and, if your client authorized it, the copy of the delivery.
Do you send clients to us as well?
Yes. When a client asks us to recommend an agency for their application, we give them our partner agencies' contact details. The client decides whether to contact you: we don't share their data without their authorization.
What if an authority objects to the translation?
We correct it free of charge, as a priority, and let you know when it's ready.
Can you send the translation to me instead of the client?
The delivery goes to your client, who is the one paying. If your client authorizes it, we send you a copy.
Do you translate into other languages?
Yes. Besides Spanish ↔ English, we provide official translation in French, Italian and Portuguese, signed by a certified official translator for each language. The price is included in the quote.
Do you work with clients going to the United States or the United Kingdom?
Yes, with each country's variety of English.
